SOLD Antique Cherry Amber Bakelite Beads

Description

This is a lovely long string of graduated deep red Cherry Amber Bakelite beads.

These beads are not knotted but are strung on thick thread with a 9ct gold trigger clasp. The colour is quite dense and a very rich, deep red.

The largest bead measures 28mm x 20mm, the smallest 10mm x 5mm and the total length is 780mm (30 3/4 inches) with a weight of 66.3 grams.

These beads were popular in the Edwardian times c1910 and are highly sought after and expensive today.

Should you require them to be rethreaded and knotted, this can be done for an additional charge.
