Antique Scottish Silver and Citrine Brooch

Description

Smart Scottish silver brooch set with a large Citrine, possibly dating from around the 1920’s.

The silver setting has incorporated thistles and leaf foliage decoration and the rectangular citrine is claw set. Stamped silver on the back The pin is secure with a c ring and safety catch.

Citrine gems have made a massive revival in the last few years and the quality of this stone is terrific.

It measures approximately 30 x 37mm.
