Pretty little ladies Silver Chainmail Purse that would have been used for coins in the early 20th century..
The top expands to open and the lid clips shut.
No visible marks but tests positive for silver with an acid test.
These coin purses were popular in the early 1900’s and this little gem is in very good condition. It would date from around 1910-1920.
A lovely ladies collectable accessory and those interested in bags, purses and pretty silver items.
