SOLD – 9ct Gold Seal Fob

Description

Solid 9ct Gold Victorian Pocket Watch Seal/Fob with carved intaglio of Hermes c1900.

The total weight of this seal is 10.6gms. Fine and detailed work to the gold and hallmarks can be seen in the 5th photo. The maker’s marks are also embossed above the gold marks and the carving is either from Hematite or Black Onyx.

Dimensions are 15mm square at the base and height 16mm (1/2inch x 1inch) so it’s a good size. In perfect condition.

Not necessarily worn as a pocket watch fob as these pieces look beautiful worn on a long gold chain!
